Roasted beans in Armenian
500 g green beans
2 eggs
1 onions
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 Art. l. ghee
1 Art. l. natural yoghurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
different greens
red pepper
ground black pepper
salt
Cut diagonally beans, boil until tender in salted water, drain the water, then pour over ice water.
Melt the ghee in a pan, fry the onions, add the beans, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a separate container, pour the beans, cover, simmer until tender.
Preparation of sauce: Mix yogurt, add crushed garlic and finely chopped greens and mix.
Served roast beans in Armenian watered prepared sauce.
