Marinated Beans
500 g green beans
5-6 cloves of garlic
2 Art. l. vinegar
1 bunch of dill
1 h. l. vegetable oil
salt
Boil the beans in salted water, drain the water, allow to cool.
Preparation of the marinade: Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, add the garlic, passed through chesnokodavku and finely chopped dill, salt and mix well.
Pour over beans cooked marinade, cover and shake, put on a platter and remove a few hours in the refrigerator.
In the same way as the beans in the marinade, you can cook asparagus.
