Basque salad with beef
375 g boiled veal
200 g white canned beans
6 stems of Basil
3 firm tomatoes
2 cloves shallot onion
1 a pod of red pepper
1 pickles
1 garlic clove
1 the bunch of parsley
6 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. vinegar
salt
Cut the veal slices, cucumber - diced tomatoes - small slices, pepper finely chopped, chop onion rings, garlic put through a press, chopped Basil and parsley, drain the marinade from the beans in a separate bowl.
Combine the marinade from the beans with oil, vinegar, salt.
Combine all ingredients, add the prepared sauce, stir, leave the Basque salad with beef for half an hour before serving for impregnation.
