Burrito with beef
100 ml vegetable oil
100 g beef
30 g onions
1 garlic - clove
100 g zucchini
70 g eggplant
20 g yellow, red and green bell pepper
100 g cheddar cheese
50 g tomatoes (canned)
70 g red beans
1 PCs wheat tortillas
salt, pepper - to taste
marinade for beef:

15 ml
15 ml spicy tomato sauce with chilli
10 g onions
7 g garlic
20 ml tomato juice
for the sauce:
50 ml tomato juice
15 ml spicy tomato sauce with chilli
Cut the meat into bars the thickness of your index finger. For the marinade onion finely chopped, garlic finely chopped; all the ingredients of the marinade mix. The beef marinate for 20 minutes. Onions and garlic are finely chopped, zucchini, eggplant and peppers cut into cubes, fry in 1 tbsp olive oil, put 3 minutes under the lid.
For the sauce, mix the tomato juice, add salt and bring to boil. Chop canned tomatoes.
Reheat in a pan with the remaining oil, remove beef from marinade and place in the pan. Fry the meat for 3 minutes, add steamed vegetables, cook 1 minute, add the beans. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat, remove from heat, add grated cheddar cheese and mix.
Put the filling on the cake, grease diagonally canned tomatoes. Wrap one end, then the edges of the envelope, turn seam side down. Sprinkle cheese. Bake in the oven to melt the cheese.
