Sandwiches and tacos with spicy beef
200 g red beans canned
150 g beef
1 head onions
1 tomato
1 carrots
1/4 head lettuce
1/4 Cup grated cheese
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
For the cakes:
1 glass flour

Sift the flour with the salt, add the oil, RUB with flour, pour in ? glass of warm water and knead homogeneous soft dough, roll it into a ball and leave on for 10 minutes, covered with a hot damp cloth.
Divide the dough into 6 parts, each roll into a thin round cake, fry the tortillas in a dry, well-heated pan on each side for half a minute, put the bread on each other, wrap with foil and set aside.
Peel and finely chop the onions, heat in a saucepan with the oil, 3 minutes and fry the onions, add ground beef, cook until evaporation of the liquid, add the coriander, tomato paste, beans and salt, put 3-4 min, stirring occasionally.
Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater, wash tomatoes and lettuce, chopped tomato, chop the lettuce.
Put the bread on a baking sheet, folded them in half, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5 minutes
Put in bread stuffing with meat, all sprinkled with grated cheese and carrot top lay tomato and lettuce.
