Enchiladas
12 pcs. tortillas
2 glass tomato sauce with spices
3 glass Spicy Bean
1/2 glass 4. sour cream (optional)
1 glass ebel green onions, chopped or 1/2 Art. chopped onion
4 glass Mexican Salsa
2 chopped tomatoes (optional)
2 Bush chopped lettuce (optional)
Cook tortillas. Until they are warm, dip in seasoned tomato sauce and stuff with: put in the middle of the 1 st. l. beans, lightly smudge, sprinkle with green onions, sour cream and pour a small amount of salsa. Make roll and carefully put it in a bowl to extinguish. When all tortillas stuffed and stacked, pour their remaining salsa and sauce. Bake in the oven until cooked. Before serving, decorate with green onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Option - Buritos. To prepare buritos use enchiladas recipe, but do not immerse the tortillas in tomato sauce. Since the same, but folded envelope wrap with only 3 sides, 4th side must be open. Serve warm on a plate, you can take your hands or use a fork and knife.
