Appetizer of spicy potato sauce "Salsa"
1 kg Potato
300 ml sauce "Salsa"
50 g chopped basil
3 tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp cane sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Thoroughly wash the potatoes without peeling cut medium slices.
Mix the oil with chili sauce and remaining spices, put in a mixture of potatoes, cover with a plate and shake well until uniform mixing.
Lay a baking parchment, put the potatoes and bake for half an hour in a preheated 225 degree oven.
Salsa mixed with diced tomatoes and basil, served an appetizer of spicy potato sauce "Salsa", laid out in a saucepan.
