Mashed potatoes in a spicy sauce with nuts
2-4 servings mashed potatoes
0,5 garlic cloves
onion medium size
half a pepper (Chile)
50 g nuts walnuts
50 g almonds
olive oil or vegetable
herbs for decoration
Fry in a little oil, chopped thin slices - garlic, small cubes of onion and half-rings - chili.
Add the prepared mashed potatoes.
Coarsely chop the nuts. Sprinkle over the finished mashed potatoes (mashed boiled potatoes, salt, oil). Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
