Dumplings Tartar with nuts
200 g test
100 g peeled nuts
100 g mashed potatoes
1 egg
Nuts thoroughly crushed, then lightly fried and mixed with mashed potatoes ready.
Boil hard-boiled egg, peel, cut into small pieces and mix with the mashed potatoes with nuts - if stuffing turned out too thick, add the hot milk.
Roll out the dough dumplings, cut it into pieces, each put stuffing, molded dumplings.
Cook dumplings tartare with nuts as follows: dipped in salted boiling water, wait for the ascent and get with a slotted spoon and serve with melted butter or sour cream.
