Dumplings from potato dough with chicken liver
Dough:
250-300 g flour

Stuffing for such Ukrainian potato dumplings can act as a chicken heart or stomach, or braised cabbage, fried onions with bacon and other ingredients.
Boiled potatoes in their skins peel, twist in a meat grinder, mix with the flour, salt, eggs, knead the dough non-stick, cover, set it aside.
To clean the liver from the films, together with chopped onions fried in vegetable oil, pepper and salt, then twist the stuffing through a meat grinder or chop the blender.
Roll out the dough to 3 mm layer, cut circles using a cup, put on each circle filling, molded dumplings.
