The old Ukrainian dumplings
300 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
3 eggs
300 g boiled heart
250 g boiled lung
50 g boiled mushrooms
40 g of lard
1 onion
20 g butter
40 ml cream fat content of 33%
Knead uncool dough from flour, eggs and 3 tbsp cold water. Leave on for 3 hours the chopped Onion and fry in butter 3 minutes
Lung, heart, mushrooms and onions very finely chop, add the lard, salt, pepper and cream.
Thinly roll out the dough with a glass to cut out circles, each put 1 tbsp. of minced meat, the edges of the dough to coat with the egg, glue and wrap the edges of the braid. Lay the dumplings in cool salted boiling water. Reduce the flame and cook after boiling 7-10 minutes
Serve with bacon and fried onions.
