Romanian soup with potatoes and leeks
1 kg Potato
300-500 g meat
2.5 l water
4-5 stalks leeks
60 g butter

2 raw egg yolk
3 slices of white bread
2 Art. l. flour
Salt to taste
Boil the meat with potatoes and onions, mince meat, vegetables through a sieve, all combine, add "mash" of the flour with cream, soup boil for 2-3 minutes. Yolks dilute cream and pour into warm soup before serving. White bread cut into cubes, dry and put in a dish.
