Soup with ham
200 g smoked or cooked ham
1 onion
3 potatoes
2 tbsp. tomato puree
salt, pepper, parsley
1 l water
Can be used in soup leftover ham. Pass through a meat grinder along with the onions, add the broth or water with sliced potatoes and cook 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste, add the tomato paste. When serving, put in the soup fried white bread cubes, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
