Required products:

250 g the flesh of beef

5 glass water

3-4 PCs potatoes

1 onion - head

1 tbsp. tomato paste

1 tbsp. melted butter

3 tbsp. dried apricots

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Number of servings: 5

Cooking time: 50 min

Meat, pour hot water, cook at a low boil until tender. Then remove the meat, cut into slices. The broth strain.

The broth once again bring to the boil, add the sliced potatoes, fried in butter with tomato paste chopped onion, dried apricots, cooked meat, salt and pepper and cook the soup until the potatoes are ready.

When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley.
