Soup Rahman
Ingredients:
250 g cabbage
4-6 pcs. white mushrooms
2 pcs. potato
1 onions - head
1/2 pcs. carrot
1 pcs. tomato
1 pcs. parsley root
1/2 Art. l. tomato puree - 1
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
3 glass meat broth
1/4 glass sour cream
100 g pulp of boiled beef
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Cabbage cut into squares, mushrooms - sliced carrots, parsley and potatoes - cubes. Tomato pour over boiling water, peel and cut into slices.
In the boiling broth to put the cabbage in 5-7 minutes, add the potatoes and cook it until half. Then enter browned in butter tomato puree, chopped onion, carrot and parsley.
For 5 minutes until cooked add the cooked mushrooms, tomato.
Ready soup season with salt, pepper .. Served with sour cream and slices of meat, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
