Potato soup with bacon
1 kg potatoes
80 g onions
40 g carrots
40 g greaves of fat
salt
Take a pan, pour water into it for soup, salt and bring to the boil.
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, the same to be done with the carrots, put in boiling water, boil until tender.
Peel the onion, fry in butter, add to the soup, boil for 5-7 minutes
Next, add the prepared bacon and serve potato soup with bacon to the table, filled with herbs and sour cream to taste.
