Potato soup I meat
350 g shovels. part of the pulp beef
3 potatoes
2 sweet pepper
1 onions
2 carrots
30 g bacon
1 garlic clove
1 bouillon cube
2 tbsp. tomato paste
red pepper
salt
Beef cut into small pieces and cook until tender.
Chop the carrot and onion, fry the bacon, add the tomato paste and saut for another 5 minutes
Potatoes cut into small cubes, pepper strips.
Enter the potatoes into the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes, add the pepper, onion and carrot, cook until tender.
Spices to type for 5 minutes before end of cooking.
