Soup lazy Griboedov
Ingredients:
40 g dried mushrooms
500 g cabbage
2-3 PCs potatoes
1 PCs turnip
1 PCs carrots
1 onion - head
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. sour cream
For grechnevaya:
1/2 glass slipped buckwheat
1/2 glass water - 1
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt - to taste
Cook the broth of mushrooms.
Turnips, carrots, onions, cabbage and potatoes cut into large cubes and cook in a mushroom broth, mix it with mushrooms, salt, season with butter and bring to a boil.
For grechnevaya cereal pour the boiling water and cook until tender. Cool, add the egg, mix well, put into a form that is greased. When the porridge cools, cut it up into pieces and fry in butter.
Serve the soup with sour cream and grechnevaya.
