Tomato and cabbage puree
250 g tomatoes
150 g cauliflower
30 g butter
30 g grated cheese
Scald the tomatoes, remove the peel and finely chop, chop the cauliflower into small florets.
Boil the cauliflower for 12 minutes until soft.
In a saucepan melt the butter separately, add tomatoes and cook until the consistency of mashed potatoes, remove from heat, add grated cheese, stir until it melted.
Add tomato puree cauliflower, cabbage cook tomato puree desired consistency.
