Cakes of canned corn
300 g canned corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
50 g cheese
50 g ham
2 onions
2 eggs
4 tbsp. wheat flour
black pepper
butter for frying
salt
Drain the juice from the cans of corn, leaving 4 tbsp.
Separate the egg yolks from whites, beat the egg yolks with the flour, pepper and salt to combine with the chopped onion, stir well, add corn, 4 tablespoons of juice.
Finely chop the ham, add to the mixture, and RUB on a coarse grater cheese, add, mix all.
Proteins are whipped into foam, gently stir in the weight.
When using a tablespoon, fry bread from canned corn on both sides in butter until Browning.
