Buttermilk pancakes with orange and cinnamon

1.25 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 Art. l. sugar

1 h. l. baking soda

1/4 h. l. salt

0.5 h. l. cinnamon

1 Art. l. orange peel

1.5 glass buttermilk (or milk)

1 large egg

2 h. l. vegetable oil

In a medium bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder or soda, salt, ground cinnamon and orange zest. In a small cup, mix the remaining ingredients (buttermilk, egg and oil) and enter this into the flour mixture, carefully vymeshivaya dough to no more lumps. From this test on frying pan bake pancakes (1 tablespoon).
