Biscuits with meat
14 g dry yeast
5 glasses flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup warm water
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
butter (melted)
Yeast diluted with warm water, leave for 5 minutes, mixed with buttermilk warmed to postpone.
Mix the flour with salt, sugar, soda, baking powder, adding a disintegrator blender using a batter.
Enter into the dough mixture with buttermilk, mix thoroughly until smooth.
Put the dough on a work surface, powdered with flour, knead 3-4 times, roll out the layer 1 cm thick.
Cut circles from the dough, put on a baking sheet, the laid parchment, cover and leave in a warm 1.5.
Next lubricated biscuits with melted butter and bake for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees.
