Homemade milk biscuits
400 g flour
170 g sugar
100 g butter
75 ml milk
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1/3 tsp. soda
powdered sugar
Combine the milk, plain and vanilla sugar, boil the syrup and cool it to room temperature.
Oil to soften, whip, stir the syrup until smooth.
Flour mixed with soda, sift, mix with a breast mass, quickly knead the dough, roll it into a layer of about 6-7 mm thick.
Cut using the molds of the figurines.
Put dough figurines lined with parchment baking sheet, coat with egg yolk mixed with water.
Bake homemade milk biscuits in a preheated 210 degree oven about 12 minutes, warm biscuits sprinkle with powdered sugar.
