Fragrant buckwheat biscuits
2 glass wheat flour
2 glass buckwheat flour
1 glass sugar
1 glass water
Combine and mix flour, add sugar, gradually introducing water, knead loosely, elastic dough.
Roll out the dough in a layer about a half-centimeter in size) thick and cut out biscuits of any shape to taste.
Put the cookies on a water-dampened baking sheet, bake at 180 degrees.
Ready fragrant buckwheat biscuits remove from baking hot, so it doesn't stick.
