Muffins with apples
2 small Apple
300 g flour

100 g light brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. drinking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
225 ml buttermilk or sour milk
60 ml vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla essence
1 egg
60 g chopped walnuts (optional)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate grease a standard form for 12 muffins. Peel apples, peeled, vante the core and cut them into cubes. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. In a small bowl, stir with a fork buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and egg. Stir a mixture of buttermilk with a mixture of flour (the mixture will be lumpy). Add apples and nuts (optional). Place the mixture in the form of a muffin. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle this mixture of muffins. Bake 25 minutes before until wooden Subotica not come out of the middle of the muffins dry. Remove the muffins from the mold and serve warm. Or cool on the grill, and then, optionally, heat.
