Pancakes "Kimberly" with orange syrup
1 glass self-raising flour

2 Art. l. sugar
1 egg
0.5 glass 2% milk
2 Art. l. orange juice
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
0.5 h. l. Vanilla extract
For syrup:
1 Art. l. sugar
1.5 h. l. corn syrup
0.5 glass orange juice
In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. Whisk the egg with milk, orange juice, vegetable oil and vanilla extract Stir in the dry ingredients into a mass, stir the batter until smooth, there should be no lumps. Bake the muffins in the pan of a small diameter, pouring it in 1/3 cup of dough for a muffin. Preliminary grease the pan with oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
To prepare the syrup, combine the sugar, starch and juice in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Prepare syrup 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat. Apply for pancakes.
Tip: If you do not have self-raising flour, replace it with a conventional flour, which add 1.5 tsp baking powder and 0.5 tsp salt (proportion to 1 cup of flour).
