4 glass milk

4 egg yolk

2 orange medium

With one orange with a thin layer, cut the peel from the pulp squeeze the juice.

Cut the other orange circles, sprinkle with sugar, add to circles pressed juice, cover, hide in the cold.

RUB the yolks and the sugar, starch and mix with a small amount of chilled milk.

Served with orange jelly, chilled, with the remaining orange syrup.
