What you need:

100 g chocolate flakes

6 oranges - large

1 kg sugar

300 g chocolate (70% cocoa)

Oranges wash, remove the peel with a knife with a white part. Cut the peel into strips (7 cm in length and 0.8 cm in thickness), pour 500 ml of water and cook for 10 min., Drain and repeat 2 more times that of the peel left bitterness.

Pour over prepared crust 1 liter of cold water, add 250 g of sugar and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add another 250 grams of sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Repeat this procedure two more times, using all the sugar.

To frosting with chocolate syrup is not spoiled, discarded after cooking candied fruit in a sieve to stack syrup, then wet cloth. Tempered chocolate (see. P. 104).

Glazed candied fruit, dipping them in chocolate syrup. Shake off excess chocolate to drip was not, and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
