1 kg cottage cheese

3 eggs

? glass sugar

4-5 tbsp. cream

200 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

Seedless raisins or vanilla ( to taste)

Dry curd mash through a sieve (preferably twice). Lightly beat eggs, add 1-2 tablespoons of cream and vanilla. The mixture is put in a water bath, while stirring constantly egg mass. After the water in the bath starts to boil, add oil, and I continue to interfere. Cook for about 15 minutes until thickens.

Then, the hot mass pour in the cream cheese and beat with a mixer, adding the washed raisins. A lot stacked in the form, put the yoke of the day and stored in the refrigerator.
