Cottage cheese and currant pie
800 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 glass frozen or fresh currants
2-3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. semolina
1 tbsp. butter
Combine 1 egg and 1 egg white with sugar, whisk, then stir in semolina and cheese, stir thoroughly, add the berries, stir again so as not to crush the currants.
Grease the baking pan with butter, if it is metal - line baking paper, put it curd dough, brush the surface with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar.
Baked cottage cheese and currant pie in the oven for the first 10 min with stronger, and then another 20-30 minutes at a weaker temperature.
