Ice cream with berries and biscuits
500 g vanilla ice cream
75 g berries (raspberries, currants, strawberries)
200 g biscuit cookies
Remove ice cream from the freezer and leave for 10 minutes so that it is slightly melted.
Grind berries to a state of mashed potatoes. Pour ice cream and berry puree, a little stir and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Apply an ice cream with cookies.
