Homemade pistachio ice cream
200 ml cream (fat content - each)
160 ml milk
120 g powdered sugar
80 g peeled pistachios
Grind the pistachios, connect with cream, milk and sugar, stir until smooth.
Pour the prepared mixture into a container or a special freezer, remove it in the freezer, bring homemade pistachio ice cream to complete solidification, stirring occasionally.
