150 g sugar
50 g powdered sugar
1/2 l cream 30%
3 eggs
1/2 Cup milk

Separate the egg yolks from whites.

RUB the yolks with the vanilla and sugar.
Gently heat the milk, add the yolk mass, stir until thick, then add whipped cream, whites, until smooth stir.
Pour the mass in the molds, remove in the freezer for 6 hours minimum.
