Dessert cherry "From the snow Maiden"
Tartlets:
125 g butter (plus for greasing)
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
? glass 1 flour
1 the egg yolk
? glass powdered sugar
3 tbsp. ground almonds
1-2 tbsp. milk
powdered sugar
Filling:
250 g canned or frozen cherries
150 g mascarpone
50 g soft cheese
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Cooking tartlets: ground almonds, flour and powdered sugar together with the butter and a knife to chop crumbs.
Combine yolks with milk, whip, to enter into the crumb-the dough with your fingers, gently knead the dough, wrap it with cling film for half an hour to remove in the cold.
Tins tartlets coated with butter, powdered flour.
Divide the dough into 12 parts, each roll in a circle, put on the forms and compacted, covered with foil, bake for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven, then foil to remove and bake for another 3-5 minutes until Golden.

Combine mascarpone cheese, add powdered sugar, put the filling on tartalete.
Cherries, thawed, drained juice or just drain the juice if it is canned, put the cherries on the cake.
