Tartlets with fruit or berry filling
You will need:
6 round molds with a diameter of 12 cm
paper
dry beans or peas for pre-baking
For the dough:
300 g flour

200 g butter or margarine
100 g sugar
3 egg yolks
For the filling:
750 g berries (e.g., strawberry)
1 kg or any fruit
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 l white wine or grape juice
1 gelatin powder sachet
Chop the butter with the flour, sugar, add egg yolks and quickly knead the dough. Sformuyte of dough into a ball, wrap it in foil and put in the cold for 30 minutes.
