Tartlets with strawberries
250 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
120 g sugar
3 sachet of vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of sour cream
400 g creamy yogurt
1 grated lemon peel
20 ml egg liqueur
6 plates of white gelatin
300 g strawberries
0.5 red jelly bag
50 g almond leaves
Knead the dough from flour, butter, 50 g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, salt, egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Put 2 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 200C. Put in 12 oiled molds for tartlets cooked dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Molds overturn.
Mix the yogurt, lemon zest, 50 g sugar, 2 bags of sugar and liqueur vanlnogo. Enter uncool gelatin. Slightly frozen cream put in tartlets. Berries wash, decorate them tartlets on top.
Prepare the jelly according to package directions, sweeten with sugar. Give a little bit cool. Drizzle them strawberries. Almond plate lightly browned and sprinkle them cakes.
