Tartlets with berries
For the dough:
100 g chopped walnuts
50 g butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. wheat flour
To prepare the cream:
300 g fresh or canned berries
125 g sugar
80 g butter
1 tsp. instant coffee
Cooking baskets: beat the butter and sugar, gradually adding the flour, knead the dough, cover it and put it in a half an hour in the fridge.
Put the dough cakes at a distance from each other on parchment, greased, lined on the baking sheet.
Put the tortillas warm in cupcake tins or inverted glasses to press the edges, molded cups, so cool.
Cooking cream: combine 65 g of water with coffee and sugar, heat to dissolve the sugar over low heat, bring to boil, reduce heat, cook for 5 minutes, cool.
Beat the butter until fluffy mass, pour a thin stream of syrup, not stopping the beating.
Put in baskets cream and sliced berries.
