Mini cakes

Ingredients:

4 PCs tartlets (cornet) finished with a diameter of 10-15 cm

100 g butter

1/2 condensed milk - cans

1/2 tsp. instant coffee

1 tsp. strawberry puree and 4-5 large berries

1/2 PCs kiwi

2 PCs apricots

Cream the butter, whisk until smooth; continue beating, gradually add the condensed milk. Divide the cream in half, one half, add the instant coffee, the second - strawberry puree.

Two baskets fill the coffee, the rest of the strawberry cream.

Kiwi peel, cut into slices. Washed apricots release from bones, cut into slices or wedges. Strawberries free from sepals, rinse, drain, can be cut into slices or use entirely.

For registration of each of the baskets use slices of one type of prepared fruit. Additionally decorate with a sprig of mint.
