Cake "Creamy"
1 assembled round biscuit
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 glass sour cream
0.5 glass mineral water
500 g fat-free yogurt
8 g gelatin
2 Art. l. powdered sugar
2 Art. l. honey
Pour gelatin water, 6 times its volume, left to swell, then drain excess liquid, dissolve gelatin in water bath, combine with lemon juice, drain.
Curd rub, combine with grated lemon peel, sugar, mineral water and honey enter gelatin and whipped cream, mix well.
Cut the cake horizontally along the 2 cakes.
At the bottom lay the prepared mass, cover with second Korzh, chill for 2 hours.
Before serving, cut into portions cream cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
