What you need:
1/2 glass berries (strawberries, raspberries, currants) - 2
1 glass sugar
1 tbsp. gelatin
Berries whisk blender until smooth, mix it with sugar and stir.
Gelatin soak in cold boiled water (1:8) to the swelling of the grains. Drain the water, the gelatin will dissolve in a water bath and mix with berry puree. Place jelly in a mold and refrigerate until zastudnevaniju.
When serving, put the dessert, immersing the mold with jelly for a few seconds in hot water.
Decorate with whipped cream and berries.
