Almond jelly
What you need:
150 g almonds ground
25 g oranges, canned slices
30 g gelatin
1/2 glass sugar
1,5 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
Gelatin soaked in 2 cups of cold boiled water for 30 minutes. Add 2 cups of water, put on fire and, stirring constantly, cook until the gelatin has dissolved.
In the dissolved gelatin, add milk, almonds, sugar and bring mixture stirring constantly until boiling. Cool. Pour into 6 molds and refrigerate until zastudnevaniju.
Before serving the bottom of the molds to drop for a few seconds in hot water and turn the jelly on a plate. Arrange slices of oranges.
