Cake with passion fruit aroma
Ingredients:
1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
110 g butter
3 Art. l. powdered sugar
1 pcs. egg yolk to the test -. and for the filling - 3 pcs
Salt - a pinch
1 glass passion fruit - mashed
1 glass sugar
1 glass dry white wine
1 Art. l. gelatin
1 glass fatty cream
3 Art. l. chopped almonds
Chop meal with a chilled butter, add egg yolk, salt, powdered sugar, knead the dough and place for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then roll out the dough, put in a greased form and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 200 � C oven.
Half the rate of passion fruit puree, sugar and wine, connect and bring to a boil. In pour the syrup, stirring half norms dissolved gelatin. Pour the jelly on the bottom of the mold and refrigerate.
The remaining puree, sugar and wine mix with 1/4 cup of water and boiled down to 1/3. Add the egg yolks, stirring, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, pour the remaining gelatin and put on 30 minutes in the refrigerator. The mass was then mix with whipped cream and place on a frozen jelly. Cover with cake and put 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Before serving, dip the form of a few seconds in hot water, put the cake on platter and place an almond.
