Ingredients:

6 Peaches - -8

1 h. l. Ground cinnamon

1/2 glass sugar - for the filling to dough - 1 tablespoon



125 g butter - 2 tablespoons of the filling, dough

1 egg yolk - for the filling to dough

1/3 glass gutye cream or sour cream

1 glass wheat flour

Salt - a pinch

1 cold water - a tablespoon

For the dough, beat butter, mix with the remaining ingredients and knead until smooth. Remove the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

In a baking dish, place oiled parchment so that it covers the bottom and side walls. Roll out the dough, put in a mold and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Scald peaches, peel, cut in half and place in the form of chilled dough. Sprinkle cake half norms sugar, cinnamon and bake in the oven at 200 � C for 20 minutes.

Whip the cream with the egg yolk, remaining sugar, pour the peaches and bake the cake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
