Clafouti with peaches
Want to pamper homemade delicious cakes? This recipe just for the occasion. The cake is very sweet tasting, and less flour, as we are accustomed to seeing. In fact, clafouti is pie in the French manner. I believe, as the French know a lot about the desserts! The dough is prepared as a pancake, fruits can be used, in principle, any. Classic is clafouti with cherries, but I was peachy mood.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 140 g sugar
- 180 g flour
- 0,5 bag baking powder
- 2 tbsp. ground almonds
- 1 1 tsp. without slides cinnamon or spices to desserts
- 240 ml milk
- 300 g peaches and plums
Approximate cooking time: 40 minutes.
Approximate calories: 400 calories per serving.
Preparation:
In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar.
The flour with the baking powder screened on egg mass, add the ground almonds. Stir, trickle enter the milk. Add cinnamon or spice for desserts.
