The peach jelly
12 slices of almond bread
2 peach
1 egg white
2 tbsp. the passion fruit pulp
2 tbsp. low-fat cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. hot water
2 tsp. powdered gelatin
Peaches, washed, cut in half, remove the seeds.
Grind the pulp peaches in a food processor until smooth, pour into a bowl, mix with cream and passion fruit.
In a heatproof dish, pour hot water, pour the gelatin, stir thoroughly, pour the mixture into the peach mass.
Egg whites beat with a mixer, gradually USEPA sugar, gently stir in the peach mass.
Next jelly peach poured into glasses and cleaned in the cold for 6 hours.
Before serving the pudding, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with almond bread.
