Apple pie pancake with peaches

12 finished pancakes

5 peaches

? glass fruit syrup

? glass sugar

2 tbsp. potato starch

2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Rinse, then scalded with boiling water over the peaches, remove the skin, chop, add starch, dissolved in water, place peach mixture on the fire and bring to a boil, allow to cool.

Form for baking Charlotte oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs, put the pancake, grease it peach puree, sprinkle with sugar, put the next pancake and thus gather the whole pie, the last pancake just sprinkled with sugar, cook the pie for 15 minutes in the oven.

Before serving the pie pancake with peaches laid out on a dish, poured syrup, decorated with slices of peaches.
