Peach compote
3 kg peaches
750 g sugar
2 l water
Peach compote:
Peaches iterate, wash out, blanshiruem 3 minutes and peel. Then cut the peaches in half, remove the seeds and fill jars.
Prepare syrup and fill peaches hot syrup, close prosterilizuem banks and 10 minutes from the moment of boiling water in a saucepan.
