Jelly ham
200 g cooked ham
1 glass beef broth
2 egg yolk boiled
1 tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. gelatin
salt (to taste)
Very tasty, but simple to prepare new year's eve appetizer, which will decorate Your holiday table.
Soak gelatin in cold water, then enter it in the heated broth, stirring constantly, add the wine, salt, bring to boil, then strain through cheesecloth.
Pour into prepared jelly molds, put each on a yolk, a few slices of chopped ham, remove the 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Before serving, omit the bottom of the molds in hot water for a few seconds, then turn the jelly in the dish, garnish with jelly ham with parsley before serving.
