600 g bananas

500 g sugar

300 ml water

2 lemon (juice)

Combine sugar with water to dissolve, then bring to the boil, remove the foam.

Bananas cut into circles, add in the sugar water, and boil for about 25 minutes, until thick, add lemon juice, cook for about 10 minutes, allow to cool.

Put the fruit dessert "Banana heaven" in the ice-cream bowls before serving, you can decorate with lemon zest.
