300 g frozen berries

120 g sugar

1 orange

1 pear

1 apple

? lemon (juice)

2 Art. l. heavy cream

2 h. l. potato starch

Cut off the rind with pears and apples, cored, cut into slices all that fruit is dark, sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Pour hot water cleaning (650 g) and cook for 15 min, strain, bring to boil the broth, add sugar, fruits and berries, cook all 5min, bring to a boil.

When the soup comes to a boil, add the starch diluted in a little cold water, bring the soup back to a boil, stirring occasionally.

This fruit soup can be served cold or hot, put in it before serving cups of orange and cream.
